[berlin-refugee-strike] Secret police scandal: Bus-Verkehr Berlin KG refuses to transport civil rights activists after "friendly" call by German criminal policeNotes for the good of the chorale

After a "warning" from the German criminal police, the bus charter company BVB canceled a contract of approx. EUR 6000 for coach buses for the "March for Freedom" from Brussels to Berlin. The buses had been paid in full on 6 June and were supposed to shuttle several hundred activists back to Berlin on Saturday, 28 June. Now the activists are stuck in Brussels. > > It is likely that the German police wants to prevent the Brussels activists from joining the protesters at the occupied school in Berlin, who are resisting an ongoing eviction by police armed with machine guns. > > It seems that the police claimed the march group would attempt to smuggle "illegal aliens" into Germany. However, our civil rights campaign already publicly crossed the German border three times and we traveled through Luxembourg, France, Belgium. None of these governments collapsed. We suspect the criminal charge is fabricated to send non-collaborating refugees into Belgian exile and pacify the German capital. > > This public-private pact between a German business and state forces reminds us of GeStaPo tactics. While we are still not clear if business works for the government or government works for business, they stand as a national front against unarmed protests for civil rights. BVB is the moral heir of the "Aryanized" corporations in whose interest Germany destroyed half of Europe. > > Our lawyers are trying to talk sense into BVB, but they will probably be stubborn, assured of police protection. Support the March for Freedom's safe return to Germany! We need buses and public pressure against BVB and the German police. > > The police seems to be making its own judicial decisions. How can they cancel a private contract without a court order? When judicative, legislative and executive conspire, obedience is the only crime. [freedomnotfrontex] solidarity! solidarité!Notes for the good of the chorale

> > ___________________________________ en > > Solidarity from Strasbourg/ Letter of soldarity > We, the support group from Strasbourg who consists of a varity of french local and national organisations, want to express our solidarity with the refugees who are still on Oranienplatz and fight for their rights! You are not alone, we are always with you! This March for Freedom is opening up a new dimension of global networking, of combining our forces and broadening the movement: Through the presence of your fellow fighters from Oranienplatz here on the march in Strasbourg, we feel even closer to you! We hear what kind of random repression is carried out on you, and even though we know what police brutality means, it still shocks us: We call on the police to immediately stop this torment and we support the demands of the refugees to rebuild the selforganized Infopoint on O-Platz and to maintain the school at Ohlauer Straße! The protest is legitim and legal, we will not stop to fight for our rights! If it is France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Greece, Poland or Tunis, we all face the same problem of racism every day, of exploitation and exclusion. This is not only the problem of refugees, this is a problem concerning us all! So we fight together and we will not stop, we support each other in our fights and together we become stronger and stronger, you are not alone! There are refugees fighting every day in Detention Centres and Camps, people in European countries fighting infront of the court for their rights, people that get arrested and deported but we will not sit down, we will not shut up! If it is in Germany or Poland where refugees go into hungerstrikes, if it is in Calais or Hamburg where refugees and activists fight for a decent place to stay and live or if it is in Ceuta or Melilla where people jump fences every day: Together we are strong, our fights and our lives are one, never give up, we stand up and restist! > In deep solidarity with the fighters on Oranienplatz! > In deep solidarity with the activists of Asylum rights Evolution group who were arrested on their way to the march! > In deep solidarity with the NonCitizen March in Munich! > In deep solidarity with Arash Dosthossein who is beeing accused for setting up a portest camp with his friends at the Münchener Rindermarkt, protest isn't illegal! > In deep solidarity with the hunger strikers in the Detention Centre in Krosno Odrzanskiev in Poland, we see you and support you! > In deep solidarity with Lampedusa in Hamburg who fights for a Refugee Welcome Club in Hamburg! > In deep solidarity for the sqatters in Calais, stop the anti-squatting law! > In deep solidarity with the March for Freedom which has been attacked by the police in Luxembourg! > In deep solidarity with all the people fighting for their freedom of movement in Melilla, Choucha, Ceuta, Lampedusa and elsewhere! > > signer par/ signed by > Support group Strasbourg/ Groupe de soutien Strasbourg > ASTU Action Citoyennes Interculturelles > ATMF Asociation Mahgrebian en France > Compagnie Mémoires Vives > Individuals from the Antifa Strasbourg > Alarm Offenburg Notes on or around June 11, 2014 at 01:18AM
